摘要 CT是肺部疾病最重要的影像检查技术,本文就当今主流的16层螺旋CT在肺部的检查技术和应用作一阐述,提出筛查方案、低剂量方案和增强方案三种应用技术,并诠释了其技术规范和应用范畴;其中将增强方案分割为血管期、肺实质期(和延迟期)的“2+1”模式,并作应用分析。 CT is the most important modality in the diagnosis of lung disease, The author analyzed the applying technique of current 16 - slice spiral CT in the lung, also defined and recommended three exam protocols about screening, low - dose, and contrast. The contrast protocol was segmented vascular phase, parenchymal phase (and delay phase) (that is model "2 + 1"), and the practice was evaluated.
