摘要 维持性血液透析需要建立血管通路,但血管通路有其寿命,并常出现并发症。CT血管造影(CTA)可以提供优秀的通路血管三维影像,帮助临床症状体征的解释或提供治疗相关信息。本文就16层CT在血管通路成像中的应用技术、影像表现及其意义作一阐述。 The vascular access was usually constructed in the case of preserving dialysis. Such vascular access bad its own life span, and was commonly accompanied with complication. CT angiography(CTA) could provide wonderful three - dimensional vascular images of the access, and help explain the clinical signs and symptoms or offer useful information for treatment. This paper try to evaluate the applying technique of CTA with a 16 - slice scanner, the image characteristics of vascular access and its clinical significance.
