中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征

Treating Refractory Nephrosis Syndrome with Integrated Traditional Chinese and WesternMedicine

目的:探讨难治性肾病综合征有效的治疗方法。方法:将100例难治性肾病综合征随机分为中西医结合治疗(治疗组)和西医治疗(对照组)。治疗组50例在应用规范的西药治疗基础上加用中药辨证治疗。对照组单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组完全缓解52%,总有效率82%;对照组分别为22%和52%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗可以提高难治性肾病综合征的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effective methods in therapy refactory nephrosiss xndromc. Methods： 100 cases of refactory nephrosis syndrome were divided into two groups. The therapy group with 50 cases were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine according todifferent syndrome on the basis of normal western medcine, and the control group with 50 caseswere treated with normal western medicine only. Results ： The complete relief rate and totaleffective rate in the therapy group were 52% and 82% respectively, and those in the control groupwere 22% and 52% respectively. The curative effect in the therapy group was better than that intile control group significantly（P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Treating refractory nephrosis syndrome withintegrated traditional Chinese and western medcine can promote the curative effect.
