止咳橘红口服液质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of ZhikeJuhong Oral Juice

目的:建立止咳橘红口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对苦杏仁、陈皮、桔梗进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对方中化橘红进行含量测定。结果:本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显、专属性强,本品中柚皮苷含量测定的线性范围为0.1245μg^0.747μg,平均回收率为100.12%,RSD=0.56%。结论:本鉴别和含量测定方法简便可靠,重现性好,作为药品标准可有效控制止咳橘红口服液的质量。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for ZhikeJuhong Oral Juice. Methods ： TLC was performed to identify Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Pericarpium Citri Reticalatae, Radix Platycodonis; HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin. Results： The TLC characteristic showed distinct and highly specific in nature differentiation. The linearity range was 0. 1245μg～0. 747μg in content determination of naringin, the average recovery was 100.12 % and RSD was 0.56% . Conclusion：The method for identification and quantification was simple, realizable and reproducible, can be used to control the quality of ZhikeJuhong Oral Juice effectively as drug standard.
