文章回顾了近年来经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)在颈椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用,并结合颈椎间盘突出症的发病机理,分析了PLDD的应用原理、适应症及优越性,总结其应用中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出其深度研究的重要性。

This axticle reviewed the application of percutaneous laser disk decompression （PLDD） in treatment of protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc. Through combining with the etiopathogenesis of protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc, it analyzed the applicative principle, indication and superiority of PLDD, summarized some questions that appeared in application, proposed its important to study deeply on the basis.
