SD大鼠体重和主要脏器正常参考值探讨及相关分析

Study on the Normal Reference Value and Correlation Analysis of Body Weight and the Main Organs of SD Rat

[目的]了解SD大鼠体重、主要脏器实重及脏器系数的正常值参考范围,确定本实验室正常值参考范围,用于动物饲养及实验过程的监控及结果的评价.[方法]4周龄SD断乳大鼠180只,雄雌各半,正常饲养,定期称体重,8周时处死,取肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重,计算脏器系数、各指标的变异度、95%可信区间,对脏体比与体重作相关性分析.[结果]不论雌、雄鼠各周龄的体重变异度都不大,变异系数6.4%～10.1%;4～8周雌性大鼠每周增重值呈递减趋势.脏器重量、脏体比的变异系数与脏器重量呈负相关趋势.[结论]本实验SD大鼠的体重增长、脏器实重、脏器系数、变异系数和正常参考值范围,与其他实验室报道的结果总体接近,略有差异.

[Objective] To study the normal reference value of body weight, main organs and their organ coefficient of SD rat for animal experiment in our laboratory. [Method] SD rats of 4-8 weeks old （male 90 and female 90） were weighted and killed in 8th week, and the main organs were taken out and weighted. The organ coefficient and coefficient variation （CV） and so on were calculated. The correlation coefficient between body weight and ratio of organs were analyzed, [Results] The CVs of body weight for male or female rats were 6.4 % - 10.1% only in 4-8 weeks and weight increment for female rat shown decreasing tendency. The CV （organ weight and ratio of organ to body）and organ weight shown negative correlation tendency, [Conclusion] The testing results （weight increment, weight of the main organs, organ coefficient, the CV and normal reference value） in our laboratory are similar to the other labs.
