轮形铸钢件(主要是指齿轮.车轮毛坯)在铸钢生产中所占比重很大,在我厂约占铸钢产量的60-70％。因此如何保证做好轮形铸钢件是非常重要的。轮形铸钢件一般要求都比较高,其废品也最多,主要缺陷是缩孔。缩松和裂纹,要防止和消除这些缺陷,合理的冒口个数和冒口尺寸是十分重要的,冒口过小易产生缩孔.缩松,过大则增加了裂纹倾向,并带来组织粗大,性能下降。冒口的设计与计算是十分繁琐的,且受到众多因素的影响。用计算机进行冒口设计计算,可以大大地减少这些影响因素。

The calculation of weight and riser of casting is a main topic of wheel steel casting design and processing. which is usually a kind of handwork or with the help of calculator which is time-consuming and easy to go into error. A new metdod is presented in this paper, which employs computer for the programming of the calculations, the standardiza- tion of the coeficients and the logic evaluation, making this hard work more easier, faster and more precise.
