SARS流行期间发热门诊隔离患者心理卫生的调查研究

Investigation of Mental Health Level and Correlative Factors of Fever Patients in Period of SARS at Out-patient Department

目的调查研究发热门诊隔离观察区患者在隔离期间的心理卫生状况。方法采用SCL-90量表测量102例发热门诊隔离患者的心理状况。结果发热隔离患者的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性条目数、阳性均分、各因子分均高于全国常模(P<0.01)。结论SARS流行期间发热门诊患者心理健康状况差,心理健康水平明显低于正常人群。本次研究提示:医护人员应关注发热隔离患者的心理健康,制定对策,纠正患者的负性情绪,帮助发热门诊隔离患者顺利度过发热期隔离诊治阶段。

Objective To analyze mental health level and correlative factors of fever patients m the period of SARS at out-patient department. Methods 102 fever patients were investigated. Their mental health level were investigated by Symptom Check List--90 （SCL-90）. The data of the study group were compared with those of control group. Results There were significance differences between 102 cases and control group in total score of SCL--90, total severity index, positive symptom total, positive mean score and score of every item were found to be statistical （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Mental health level of fever patients was lower than that of normal people. Findings of this study suggest that medical workers should pay more attention to the psychology of fever patients and correct their negative mood so as to pull them through the isolation stage of fever.
