对体外受精-胚胎移植后是否必须卧床休息的探讨

Discussion on Whether Rest in Bed After in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植后卧床休息与否对治疗结局的影响。方法观察502个胚胎移植周期,根据患者自愿选择分为实验组(266个周期)和对照组(236个周期),观察2组间妊娠率有无差异。结果实验组与对照组之间妊娠率无显著性差异(30.83%与30.51%,P>0.05)。结论胚胎移植术后卧床休息与否不影响妊娠成功率。

Objective To explore the influence of whether rest in bed after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer on therapy results. Methods 502 cycles were observed. According to patient＇s voluntary selection, they were divided into two groups. One was experimental group （266 cycles） and the other was control group （236 cycles）. Pregnancy rates of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in pregnancy rates （30.83% vs 30. 51%, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Whether rest in bed after in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer do not affect the therapy results.
