颅脑疾病多层螺旋CT灌注成像

摘要 CT灌注成像(CT perfusion imaging)是功能成像方法之一,它可以从组织细胞水平和微循环水平来揭示人体组织器官的正常生理及病理解剖和病理生理的改变,对脑梗死的早期和脑肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断以及疗效评价等方面有重要的临床价值.
