焊缝内部缺陷的超声检测新技术

摘要 概述钢焊缝内部缺陷超声检测和定量的4种新技术:横渡端部回波法,纵波端部回波法,超声衍射时差法(TOFD法)及超声相控阵法。特别是后2种技术的结合,为裂纹类面状缺陷的可靠检测、准确定量和声成像记录提供了有效手段,在国外已用于核电设备和压力容器的检验。 For detecting internal defects in steel welded joints,four new techniques ofuhrasonic inspection and sizing are utlined,including S -wave tip- echo method,L -wave tip- echo method,Time-of- flight diffraction (TOFD) method and Phase- array method.Especially,the combination of the last two techniques can offer an effective manner for reliable detecting and accurate sizing of crack-like planar defects and acoustic imaging records,which has been applied to examination of nuclear equipment and pressure vessels abroad.
