ZGMn13钢瓦是火力发电厂磨煤机的主要备品配件,每年发电厂都需要大量的高锰钢备件,提高备件的质量就成为保证电厂安全,可靠运行的重要条件。对于电力系统的修造企业来说生产条件较差,这样就要求技术人员结合本单位的具体情况制定出一条合理的工艺路线和一套切实可行的工艺操作方法。一、ZGMn13钢瓦造型方式的选择 ZGMn13钢瓦的外形尺寸为400×800,平均壁厚为45mm。一般电力修造企业采用的是立浇方式,水玻璃砂造型,吹CO_2硬化,组芯串浇。
According to the practical experience summarized by author for years. The paper introduces the foun- dry technology of high manganese steel sleeve used in coal grinder in power plant. It is also analysed that the reasons for common castingdefects: 'Scar' and 'Scum' and the methods for elimilating these defects. For improving the mechani- cal property of high manganese steel, quite good heat treatment technology and equipment are presented too, which bave been proved to be more applicable to middle or small-sized steel foundry.
