摘要
目的探讨丹参对油酸引起的急性肺损伤(ALI)的治疗效应及可能机制。方法采用大鼠油酸型肺损伤模型,实验动物随机分为正常对照组、油酸损伤组和丹参治疗组,进行各组动物血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及肺组织的病理学检查。结果丹参能降低血浆TNF-α的含量,减轻肺组织的损伤程度。结论丹参通过抑制TNF-α的生成,减轻TNF-α等细胞因子介导的肺组织损伤,对急性肺损伤有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and mechanism of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae on oleic acid acute lung injury （ALI） .Methods Oleic acid model of ALI was used in this experiment. Rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, ALI group, Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae treatment group. The effects of Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae on the content of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） was analyzed. The pathological changes in lungs were examined with light microscope. Results Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae could decrease the plasma level of TNF-α and abate the pathological changes of lungs. Conclusion Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae could decrease the severity of the oleic acid ALI, possibly through the inhibition of TNF-aproduced.
