摘要
公司治理在不同国家不同时期具有多种治理结构和多种不同的治理模式。文章概述西方公司治理结构的界说与公司治理理论背景,在分析网络导向型与市场导向型治理模式及其争论的基础上,提出市场经济体制下的我国公司治理结构与模式选择与启示。
In different countries, corporate governances are different in structure and mode. Based on the introduction of the definition and theoretical background of western corporate governance and the analysis of corporate governances in network-oriented systems and market-oriented systems, the paper advances the corporate governance structure and mode choices in Chinese market-oriented economy.
