摘要
利用泥炭为原料制备腐殖酸树脂。在动态条件下,研究了腐殖酸树脂对重金属离子Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+的吸附效果及吸附条件。同时探讨了腐殖酸树脂对重金属离子Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+的吸附与解吸再生机理,吸附机理研究表明,腐殖酸树脂对重金属离子Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+的主要吸附形式为离子交换吸附和络合吸附。结果表明,在废水pH值为5.0~7.0,Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+浓度分别为50 mg/L,经腐殖酸树脂处理,Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+去除率可达98%以上,且处理后废水近中性。含Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+电镀废水经腐殖酸树脂处理后,废水中Pb2+、Cu2+和N i2+含量显著低于国家排放标准。
The humic acid resin was prepared using peat as material. Under the condition of dynamic state, the adsorption effect and conditions of humic acid resin against heavy metal ions such as Pb^2 + ,Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + were studied. The mechanisms of adsorption, desorption and regeneration of humic acid resin against Pb^2 + ,Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + were discussed at the same time. The research on mechanism shows that main adsorption are ion exchange and complex adsorption between resin and Pb^2 + , Cu^2 + and Ni^2 +. The results show that the removal efficiency of Pb^2 + ,Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + is over 98% and the pH value is near neutral after being treated by humic acid resin when wastewater containing 50 mg/L of Pb^2 + , Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + respectively of pH 5.0 ~ 7.0. After electroplating wastewater containing Pb^2 + , Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + was absorbed by humic acid resin, the contents of Pb^2 + , Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + in wastewater are prominently lower than discharge standard of China.
