A Experience on the Chilled Rolls Containing Te for Tube Welding Machines

通过实验观察到添加20～40PPm Te可使低Cr白口铁轧辊综合性能明显提高。经两年生产验证,该轧辊的使用寿命比普通白口铁轧辊提高2～3倍。

It was observed that the addition of Te (20～40ppm) into white iron obviously increses multiple mechanical properties of chilled rolls for tube welding machines. By production testing for two years, service life of the rolls with Te is 3～4 times as long as common white iron.
