新型聚氨酯-酰亚胺聚合物的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 用“二步法”合成了含二氮杂奈酮结构聚氨酯-酰亚胺(PUI-DHPZ)嵌段聚合物。通过TG、力学强度以及溶解性分析测试,研究了PUI-DHPZ聚合物试样的性能及二酐含量对其的影响。结果表明,PUI-DHPZ聚合物具有良好的热性能,其中半寿温度比聚氨酯(PU)提高了51℃;拉伸强度随二酐含量变化呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,以PUI-DHPZ-50拉伸强度最大,扯断伸长率呈单一下降趋势;聚合物在强极性有机溶剂中有较好的溶解性能。 In this paper, a series of novel polyurethane-imides containing phthalazinone moieties were synthesized by two-step method. The thermal property, mechanical property and solvable property were investigated by several means. The results of TG showed that the thermal property of the samples is improved obviously beyond PU, and T5% has a increase of 51℃. With the change of the contents of the imide-chain, the tensile strength is advanced in the first stage and then decreased, but the breaking elongation is single reduced. The PUI-DHPZ can soluble in strong polar solvents.
