摘要
聚乳酸无毒、易加工、可生物降解、生物相容性好,是目前医学界作为组织工程支架最有开发和应用潜力一类材料。从材料的制备、支架的加工、生物学评价三方面出发,结合本课题组的研究,论述了聚乳酸类支架的设计,并对今后的研究做了进一步展望。
Poly(lactic acid) tissue engineering scaffolds are the most potential materials for exploiture and application in medicine at present with their innocuity, easy process, biodegradability and biocompatibility. Combined with the research of our group, the article discussed the design of the PLA scaffold with the preparation of material, the process of scaffold and the biological appraisement, and prospected the research in the future.
