煤基甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺生产低碳烯烃的工程技术及投资分析 被引量:38

摘要 煤基甲醇制低碳烯烃工艺无论从技术还是从经济上都具备了工业化应用的基础和条件。MTO工艺目前是将甲醇转变为以乙烯、丙烯为主低碳烯烃且最容易实现百万吨级大型化进料规模的工艺技术,工程方面虽然没有颠覆性的风险但还是需要经过万吨级工业化示范装置验证。通过对煤基甲醇技术及投资的分析得出:MTO工艺工业化应用的关键除催化剂和工艺技术本身外,煤基甲醇装置的大型化和甲醇制造成本是否有竞争力是最关键的因素。 The low carbon olefin process from coal based methanol has already a foundation for commercial application not only technically but also economically. The MTO process is presently one that can turn methanol into low carbon olefin, mainly ethylene and propylene, furthermore, it can most readily realize large scale production capacity of a million ton feedstock. Although it does not have big risks from the engineering point of view, it needs to have a demonstration plant built with a capacity of 10,000 tons to prove its feasibility. The technical and investment analysis on coal-to-methanol technology shows that the key issue of MTO commercialization does not lie in the technology itself, but lies in whether or not large capacity commercial plants can be realized and whether or not the methanol production cost is competitive.
