摘要
热敏性组分在沥青的缩聚反应中使反应不易控制,易生成喹啉不溶物(QI),对中间相的形成和发展极为不利。通过考察高沸点组分对沥青缩聚反应过程的影响,证实了热敏性组分在高沸点混合物中含量相对较多,对缩聚沥青的性质有很大影响,并对缩聚沥青中间相热转化的过程进行了预测。
Thermosensitive components make heat condensation reaction of coal tar pitch difficult to control. The reaction accelerates to form quinoline insoluble which is unfavorable to the formation and development of mesophase. The impact of heavier component on heat condensation reaction was studied. It is testified that thermosensitive components in heavier component are more and have an effect on the property of polymeric pitch. And the thermal conversion process of the mesophase of polymeric pitch is predicted.
