摘要
给出了由于固相颗粒堵塞造成的地层孔隙度随时间和位置变化的微分方程及其数值解.通过室内实验研究了注入不同孔隙体积倍数的浓度和直径不同的固相颗粒注入水时对不同渗透率油层所造成的渗透率伤害.在室内试验研究基础上,通过数值模拟计算,评价注入水中固相颗粒悬浮物对油层造成的伤害程度.给出了一个实例,其室内模拟结果与数值模拟结果非常一致.
The differential equation of the formation porosity varying with time and position caused by the solid particle in injected water and its numerical solution are present. The damage of the reservoirs with different permeability is studied by experiments when the water of different volumetric times containing the solid particle of different sizes and concentrations is injected. The results show that, to low permeability reservoir, the mid-value of the diameter of the solid particle must be smaller than 2 μm,the content of the solid particle must be lower than 3 mg/L; to intermediate permeability reservoir, the mid-value of the diameter of the solid particle must be smaller than 3μm,the content of the solid particle must be lower than 5 mg/L; to the reservoir whose permeability is lower than 10×10~ -3 μm^2, the mid-value of the diameter of the solid particle must be smaller than 1.5 μm,the content of the solid particle must be lower than 2 mg/L. Based on the experimental study, the reservoir damage degree is evaluated by numerical simulation. An application case shows that the numerical simulation result is very close to the laboratory simulation result.
