摘要
汽车变速器壳体具有结构复杂、曲面较多、壁薄等特点,其内腔的形成一般都采用合脂砂制作的实心整体芯。由于合脂砂的透气率低、发气量大,使砂芯的烘干时间较长,生产中铸件经常产生呛火、气孔等缺陷。浇注后,芯砂的残留强度较高、溃散性差,铸件清理困难。为此,生产中我们采用合脂砂。
The Automobile gearbox hull is characteristic in its complex construction, with more cambers and thinner walls. The internal cavity of the hull is usually formed by solid core, using synthetic fatty acid bonded sand. But, because of the lower permeability and higher gas evolution, The solid cores need much more time for curing. So that during casting if often appears melt boiling and results gas holes. The residue core pieces have higher lasting strength and lower collapsibility as well, thus, it brings difficulty to clean. Now, a new technique for making the hollow cores with the mixture of both synthetic fatty acid-bonded sand common clay sand has been developed and received a better result.
