摘要
发现一株新的AINPV,与已报道的明显不同。其多角体呈三角形,直径1.0~1.24μm,单粒包埋型,每多角体内含52~78个大小为298~375×41~56um的病毒粒子。核衣壳大小为280~358×36~45um。该病毒株具较强毒力,以2×106~2×107PIB/ml的浓度感染3龄幼虫,6d死亡率达84.2~92%,LC50为1×104PIB/ml,浓度与死亡率的回归方程为y=3.28+0.43x。
A new AINPV, which was obviously different from the AINPV had reported, wasdiscovered.The polyhedron was triangular in shape and 1.0 ̄1.24μm in diameter.52 ̄ 78 Vinous,298 ̄ 375 × 41  ̄ 56um in size, were singly embeded in one polyhedron.The nucleocapsid was 280 ̄ 358 ×36 ̄ 45um in measurement. Infecting third instar larva with the concentration of 2 × 106 ̄ 2 ×107PIB/ml for 6 days, we got a death rate of 84.2 ̄ 92%,LC5o of 1 × 104PIB / ml and the equal ofy = 3.28+.43x.
