摘要
本文运用球墨铸铁控制压力冒口的原理和方法,通过调整球墨铸铁曲轴有关的工艺因素,在紧实度较低的曲轴潮模砂型铸造工艺中,成功地采用了控制压力冒口,显著地降低了曲轴的缩松缺陷,大大提高了铁水的工艺出品率。
Based on the principle and method of pressure controlled riser and by the adjustment of technique factors, the nodular cast iron crankshafts were successfully produced in green sand mold with relatively low compactness. The result show that these technique will reduce greatly the shrinkage porosity defect of crankshaft, and raise fully the production rate of liquid iron.
