摘要
目的:评价正畸用磁块表面镀氮化钛膜后的细胞毒性.方法:选用L-929小鼠成纤维细胞,采用MTT比色法,以镀镍膜、未镀膜磁块的浸提液作为对照,对镀TiN膜磁块的浸提液进行体外细胞毒性研究.结果:在镀TiN膜磁块的浸提液中,L-929小鼠成纤维细胞的增殖率高于90%,所测试材料的浸体液无细胞毒性.结论:磁块表面镀TiN膜后,有良好的细胞相容性.
Objective: To evaluate the cytotoxicity of the orthodontic magnets coated with titanium nitride (TiN). Methods: The cytotoxicity of the magnets coated with TiN film against L - 929 cell was inves- tigated with MTT assay, The magnets coated with nickel film and without film were used as controls. Results: The proliferation of L-929 cell was more than 90% in lixivium of the magnets coated with TiN. Conclarion: The magnets coated with TiN have excellent cytocompatibilities.
