摘要
目的:探讨保守治疗造釉细胞瘤的可行性及临床意义.方法:对近几年收治的瘤体较大或年龄较小、不宜或不愿作肿瘤扩大切除的14名患者,实行保守治疗,即彻底刮治术加开窗术.结果:随访1～2 a,复发5例,复发率为35.7%.5例无明显疗效,有效率为71%.结论:保守治疗造釉细胞瘤是一种切实、可行、有效的治疗方法.
Objectives： To explore the feasibility and the clinical meaning of conservative treatment for ameloblastoma. Methods： 14 patients with ameloblastoma admitted to our department in recent years, who had large tumor, were teenage or unwilling to be operated radically, were treated by the way of conservative surgery including marsupialization and curettage in this study. The effects of conservative treatment and recurrence data after a follow - up period of 1-2 years were evaluated. Results： The overall effective rate of conservative treatment was 71% （10/14）, recurrence rate 35.7 % （5/14） after conservative treatments. Conclusion. Conservative treatment of marsupialization following sufficient bone curettage was found to be a feasible and effective way as a preliminary treatment for ameloblastoma especially in children.
