摘要
目的:探讨不同的中英文语言认知活动对正常青年人脑血流速度的影响及性别对脑血流速度变化的影响.方法:在完成不同的语言认知任务时及其先前的休息期,用经颅超声多普勒对45名正常志愿者双侧大脑中动脉血流速度的变化进行监测.结果:完成不同的认知任务时与休息时期相比,所有认知任务的完成均发现双侧大脑中动脉血流速度的显著增加,并显现出显著的左侧半球偏侧化(P<0.001).性别对部分认知活动诱导的脑血流速度变化产生影响.结论:中英文语言认知活动均可引出脑血流的左侧偏侧化增加.
Objective: To investigate the effect of cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) induced by a variety of cognitive tasks and to determine the influence of gender and cognitive tasks such as Chinese, English on the relative CBFV changes in normal youth people. Methods: Simultaneous bilateral TCD monitoring of CBFV in the middle cerebral arteries (MCAs) was performed in 45 normal volunteers during 6 verbal tasks and their preceding re.st periods. Results: All cognitive tasks induced a significant bilateral CBFV increased in the MCAs and showed a significant left -hemisphere CBFV acceleration. It was showed that gender was closely related to CBFV changes when .some tasks were performed. Conclusion: Chinese and English cognitive tasks may induce a significant lateralized left - hemispheric CBFV acceleration.
