Correction of Problem Easily Occurred in Operation of Sliding Cable on Angle Steel of Crane

起重机角钢滑线使用中容易出现电压降过大和积尘、冰霜而造成接触不良现象,导致断电和电流过大,通过采取确定滑线规格和引入点减少电压降、选择角钢滑线安装方式和增加集电器等措施,达到既解决存在问题,又满足使用要求的目的。

Poor contact is often occurred owing to the excessive voltage drop, dust accumulation or frost in operation of the sliding cable on the angle steel of crane, which always causes power cut - off or over - current. The problem has been solved because the operation has met with the requirements with some measures taken, including determination of the specifications for the sliding cable, reduction of the voltage drop, selection of the mode for putting on the steel cable and installation of more current collectors
