摘要 一、问题的提出φ2.2×6.5m烘干原料磨、φ2.2×6.5m水泥磨是建材和水泥机械设备。也是我厂主导产品之一,年生产批量较大,而大半齿轮又是该机的主要零件,每年需要量有200多个,100多组。 This paper deals with a decision on the best processing of large cast steel hemigears based on the basic principles and analysis methods of Value-engineering. The result showsthat the best is metal mold lined with thin sand layers and flasks with special covers and permits to cast two castings at the same time. It provided advantages of high dimensional accurancy, good metallurgical quality, short productin cycle and low cast with good Technique-econmy-benefits.
