犬椎间盘退变超声显像的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨椎间盘退变的声像图特征,为临床应用奠定实验基础。方法:对13只不同年龄犬腰骶部椎间盘进行离体超声扫查,结合椎间盘退变的大体病理变化分析超声图像并将其分级。结果:椎间盘退变的超声图像可大致分为3个等级阶段,纤维环与髓核在每个退变阶段的声像图上均有不同的特点。结论:超声能够清晰显示椎间盘组织的内部结构信息,反映不同退变程度的病理结构改变。 Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods Explanted lumbosacral discs from 13 dogs of different ages were scanned using ultrasound and the images were graded according to pathology of the intervertebral disc degeneration. Results Three grades were designed to allow the assessment of the ultrasound images obtained from the discs. At each of the stages, ultrasonic appearance would change as degeneration progressed in both the anulus and nucleus. Conclusion Ultrasonography of the intervertebral disc is capable of producing images that contain a high degree of structural information and to display weU the pathologic condition related to disc degeneration.
