置心脏起搏器患者的经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术

Transurethml bipolar plasmakinepac resection of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia patients with pacemakers

目的:总结带心脏起搏器的前列腺增生患者经尿道等离子切除手术的经验。方法:带永久起搏器患者4例,临时起搏器患者7例,用等离子切割设备经尿道切除增生前列腺。结果:1例出现尿道外口狭窄,排尿症状均有明显改善。结论:对带心脏起搏器的前列腺增生患者,经尿道等离子前列腺切除术是一个安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the experience of the transurethml bipolar plasmakinepac resection of the prostate （PKRP） in the treatment of the patients with pacemakers. Methods PKRP was performed on four eases of patients following the placement of temporary pacemakers and seven eases of patients following the placement of permanent pacemakers. Results Except one ease of the patients who has a stricture of the external orifice of urethra, all patients were cured. Conclusion PKRP is a safe and effective treatment to prostatic hyperplasia patients with pacemakers.
