摘要
以丰矮占1号为轮回亲本,选用全球水稻分子育种计划的10份核心种质为非轮回亲本,经3次回交,再3 ̄4次自交,构建了513份丰矮占1号产量性状近等基因导入系。对丰矮占1号近等基因导入系农艺性状研究表明:所有组合理论产量与有效穗数呈极显著正相关,印证了青六矮1号-丰青矮-丰矮占1号-丰八占衍生系统对产量的选择必须加强穗数型选择的结论。
Five hundred and thirteen near-isogenic lines with high yielding potential were constructed from Fengaizhan No.1 as recurrent parent and ten core germplasms in Global Rice Molecular Breeding Program as donor parent via three backcrossing and 3-4 self-crossing. Study on the agronomic characters of the near-isogenic lines showed that expected yields of lines derived from each combination were highly significant positive correlations to productive panicle. It confirmed the conclusion that the reinforcement of selection for more panicles per plant would improve the yield of Qingliuai No.1 -Fengqing'ai-Fenghaizhan No.1-Fengbazhan pedigrees.
