摘要
对于复杂空间曲线的数控加工问题,通过给定型值点,反算构造三次准均匀B样条曲线,以此数学模型来描述零件的外形轮廓,并用直线对B样条曲线进行了逼近处理;根据得到的节点数据,通过使用VB语言编程,可自动生成零件数控加工程序。算法的正确性和精确性可通过VB编程进行验证。
In the numerical control processing of the complicated space curve,the outline appearance of the parts is described with the math model through giving canned value point,back-calculating quasi-uniform B-spline curve three times and then approximating B-spline curve with straight line.With the nodal data gained,numerical control processing program of the parts may come into being automatically through VB language programming, by which its algorithm correctness and exactitude can be tested.
