p53、bcl-2蛋白在成釉细胞瘤中表达的研究

Expression of p53 Protein and bcl-2 Protein in Ameloblastoma

目的探讨成釉细胞瘤中p53、bcl-2蛋白表达的生物学意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测成釉细胞瘤中p53蛋白及bcl-2蛋白。结果成釉细胞瘤及正常口腔粘膜中,p53蛋白表达阳性率为85.3%和33.3%,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率为88%、44.4%,组间差异显著(P<0.001)。p53蛋白表达与bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论1)p53蛋白表达是判断成釉细胞瘤预后的指标。2)bcl-2蛋白与p53蛋白在成釉细胞瘤中协同发挥作用。

Objective Our aim was to study the expression of p53 protein and bcl-2 protein in amleoblastoma and investigate biological behaviour of AB. Methods The p53 protein and bcl-2 protein were determined with S-P method. Results The positive rates of p53 protein in AB and normal oral mucosa were 85.3% and 33.3%. There were statistical differences among groups （P〈0.01）. bcl-2 protein was 88% and 44.4% （P〈0.001）. There was a positive correlation between p53 and bcl-2 in AB （P〈0.01）. Conclusion 1） The expressions of p53 protein are important signs to evaluate the prognosis of AB. 2） bcl-2 plays an important role in AB cooperate with p53.
