本科教育中导入“班级导师制度”,是我国高校相继推行的本科生导师制的一种形式。班级导师的作用发挥得如何,将会影响人才培养的质量,这取决于对班级导师作用的充分而全面的认识。本文就全面认识“班级导师”的作用及如何发挥作用作了进一步的探讨。

“Class Tutor System” in undergraduate education is one form of the undergraduate tutor system that has been introduced _into Chinese universities. The class tutor＇s function will affect the quality of students being trained. The key problem is a comprehensive understanding of the function of class tutors. How to comprehensively understand and exert the class tutor＇s function have been discussed in this paper.
