摘要
目的:探讨高原去势大鼠骨代谢变化。方法:选用纯种W istar雌性大白鼠,随机分为A组(假手术组或正常组)、B组(切除卵巢组)、C组(切除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组)。术后在海拔3 100 m青海海北州高原饲养。3个月后,应用放射免疫分析法和化学发光免疫法分别测定实验大鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α的含量和尿DPD排泄浓度。并与平原(海拔1 500 m)作对照。结果:高原A、B和C组血清IL-6、TNF-α和尿DPD值与平原相应组比较均显著高于平原组(P<0.01)。高原B组与A、C组比较:IL-6、TNF-α血清含量和尿DPD排泄浓度值均显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:高原缺氧和因缺氧对机体巢功能的影响均可引起血清IL-6、TNF-α含量升高和尿DPD排泄浓度增加。提示高原缺氧和缺氧对卵巢的影响均可引起骨代谢异常。
Objective: To discuss the changes of bone metabolism of ovariectomized rats at high altitude. Methods: Female Wistar rats were chosen and divided into group A (sham operation or normal group), group B (ovariecto- mized group) and group C (ovariectomized + nilestriol). The contents of IL-6, TNF-α in the serum and urine DPD were measured by RIA after 3 months and compared with those in plateau (1 500 m above sea level ). Results:The contents of IL- 6, TNF-α and urine DPD in group A, B and C were significandy higher than those in plateau(P 〈0. 01 ); the contents of IL- 6, TNF-α and urine DPD in group B increased significantly in contrast with those in group A and C (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The effect of oxygen deficit at high altitude and anoxia on ovarium may cause the increase of contents of IL - 6, TNF -α and urine DPD. It suggested that the effect of oxygen deficit at high altitude and anoxia on ovarium might both cause abnormal bone metabolism.
