摘要
DA303是川续断的一种化学成分,经研究能显著抑制未孕和妊娠大鼠离体子宫肌的自发收缩活性,对抗2.5u/LOxy引起妊娠大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的时相性收缩。DA303并能降低妊娠大鼠在体子宫的自发收缩强度及频率,对抗0.25u/kgOxy引起的收缩强度、频率及张力的提高。
An experimental pulmonary embolus in rats was obtained by injection of (125)I-radiolabeled clots into the venous circulation.Thrombolytic action was evaluated by determining the radioactivity increasing in the blood. Three thrombolytic agents were tested.Svate-3(0.08 u/ kg.iv)and urokinase(10000 u/kg, iv)significantly increased thrombolysis. Nevin fibrinolytic enzyme produced a dose-related thrombolysis. The results showed that the model is valuable for evaluation of thrombolytic agents.
