渗透剂对水基杀虫气雾剂药效影响的研究

Influence of infiltrant on efficacy of water-based aerosol

目的探讨渗透剂对水基杀虫气雾剂的影响,为水基杀虫气雾剂研发提供参考。方法采用GB13917.2-1992和GB/T17322.2-1998的测试方法和评价标准进行试验和评价。结果含10%渗透剂的0.4%水基杀虫气雾剂对致倦库蚊的KT50为2.79 m in,24 h死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊的KT50为4.46 m in,24 h死亡率为100%。结论加入适量的渗透剂可提高水基杀虫气雾剂的药效。

Objective To study the influence of infihrant on the efficacy of WBA insecticide, and offer a reference for WBA insecticide research. Methods Lab and mimic field tests were adopted to test the efficacy according to the test methods and evaluating standards of GB13917.2-1992 and GB/T17322. 2-1998. Results The KT50 of 0. 4% WBA insecticide which contained 10% infiltrant on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in lab was 2. 79 min, and the 24 h mortality rate was 100%. The KT50 of BlatteUa germanica in lab was 4. 46min,and the 24 h mortality rate was 100%. Conclusion A suitable infihrant could improve the efficacy of WBA insecticide.
