除虫菊素杀虫气雾剂对蚊蝇的药效研究

Efficacy of pyrethrin aerosol against mosquitoes and flies

目的通过生物测试,观察除虫菊素杀虫气雾剂对蚊蝇的药效.方法实验室内药效试验,按GB13917.2-92规定进行;模拟现场药效试验,按GB13917.8-92规定进行.结果实验室按0.5～1.0g/筒剂量处理后对淡色库蚊、家蝇的KT50为0.88～2.88min,24 h死亡率为95.6%～100%;模拟现场按0.3～0.5g/m3剂量处理后,1h击倒率为98%～100%,24h死亡率均达100%.结论天然除虫菊素杀虫气雾剂具有安全、环保、高效等特点,值得推广应用.

Objective To observe the efficacy of pyrethrin aerosol against mosquitoes and flies by bioassay test. Methods Having test in the lab according to GB13917.2-92 and having test according to 13917.8 -92 in mimic field. Results The KT50 of Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica in lab was 0. 88-2.88 mins treated by pyrethrin aerosol with the dose of 0. 5-1.0 g per one barrel. The 24h mortality reached 95.6%-100%. lh killing rate in mimic field was 98%-100% when Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica were treated by aerosol with dose of 0. 5g per one barrel. 24 h mortality reached 100%. Conclusion Pyrethrin aerosol was safe for use and had good efficacy. It should be generalized.
