淮北市三区一县教师普通话水平的现状分析与对策研究

Analysis on Present Situation and Solution to the Teachers' Putonghua Proficiency in Huaibei

本文对安徽省淮北市三区一县、淮北矿区学校教师普通话情况的调查,对该地区教师的普通话水平以及推普工作现状和问题成因进行归纳概括,并加以研究,从推普意识、城乡差别、年龄差异、交际习惯、政策规定、政府行为等方面加以分析,从而提出加强该地区教师推普工作的对策以及解决的方法。

Based on the investigation into the teachers＇ putonghua proficiency in the city of Huaibei, the article sums up the existing problem in popularizing putonghua. Also a detailed analysis on its cause of formation is made from the following aspects; the conception of popularizing putonghua, the difference between city and town, the disparity in age, the communicative habits, policy formulation and governmental conduct. After that, the author suggests a solution to improving the present situation.
