3种口腔厌氧菌荚膜对人牙龈成纤维细胞增殖抑制作用

Inhibition of human fibroblast proliferation by capsules

采用细胞计数法研究了３种口腔厌氧菌荚膜对人牙龈成纤维细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果显示：牙龈卟啉菌荚膜和中间型普里沃氏菌荚膜具有明显抑制作用，并呈浓度依赖性，作用２４ｈ后抑制作用呈不可逆性。牙髓卟啉菌荚膜对人牙龈成纤维细胞无明显抑制作用。实验结果提示：口腔厌氧菌荚膜在牙周病。

Capsules were examined for their effect on proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts. Three capsules varied significantly in inhibiting cell proliferation, capsules from Pg was the most active one, followed by the one from Pi. Capsules from Pe had no effect on cell proliferation, even at 100μg/ml. Inhibitory effect of capsules from Pg and Pi was concentration-dependent. The inhibitory rate was 20% and 10% at a concentration of 1μg/ml and reached 90% and 70% at 100μg/ml respectively. Moreover, the inhibitory effects were irreversible after 24h-exposure to capsules.
