摘要
建立和谐社会是党中央在新形势下提出的经济社会发展战略。建立和谐社会必须首先把握其科学内涵,抓住其关键环节,正确处理好各种社会利益关系,才能实现社会公平。
Setting up harmonious society is the social development strategy of economy which the Central Party Committee puts forward under the news situation. To set up a harmonious society must grasp its scientific intension at first, catch its key link and handle the relation between various kinds of social interests well correctly in order to realize the social fair.
