摘要
从经典LC并联电路的运动方程出发,将介观LC并联电路量子化.在此基础上,研究了热真空态下各支路电流和电压的量子涨落.结果表明,各支路电流电压的量子涨落均与电路器件的参数以及温度有关.
Starting from the classical equation of motion, the mesoscopic parallel LC circuit is quantized. On this basic theory, we have studied quantum fluctuations of the voltage and current of each branch in thermal vacuum state. The result shows that the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and current of each branch are related with parameter of the circuit element, and also related with temperature and decayed with time.
