摘要
目前,学校道德教育正经历着从道德“培养论”向道德“学习论”的转变。探究性道德学习作为一种学校道德教育新思维,对教师提出了新的要求。教师必须转变传统的道德教育观念,树立起以人为本、主体性和创造性道德教育观;教师必须由道德知识的传授者、灌输者角色转变为学生道德学习的组织者和指导者、参与者和学习者角色;教师必须提高自己的道德知识和道德认知能力,端正自己的教育态度,优化自己的教育行为;教师还必须建立起尊重与信任、交流与理解、合作与分享的新型师生关系。
Abstract: Currently, school moral education is going through the process of turning moral “cultivation theory” to moral “learning theory”. As a new thought of school moral education, inquiry moral learning has put forward new requires for teachers. Teachers must change their traditional moral education outlook and set up subjective and creative moral education outlook based-on human. Teachers must be transformed from the role of instructor and infuser of moral knowledge into the role of organizer, guider, participator and learner. Teachers must develop their own moral knowledge and moral identification ability, take a correct attitude towards education themselves and optimize their own teaching behavior. Teachers must also set up a new type of relationships among teachers and students with respect and trust, communication and understanding, and cooperation and participation.
