摘要 观察紫外线(UV)照射剂量与正常人混合血清15项生化指标改变的关系,结果表明,UV对多数指标均有不同程度的影响。以蛋白质(包括酶蛋白)的改变最明显,其中α1球蛋白的含量与照射剂量呈显著正相关(rk=1.00,P<0.05),LDH和CK的活力与其呈完全负相关(rk=1.00,P<0.05),且对UV非常敏感,提示这两种酶有可能作为照射剂量的生物学指标。 In this paper,the relationship between the ultraviolet (UV) dose in UBIO and 15 items of biochemical values in mixed serum of normal subjects was observed. The result revealed that most of biochemical indexes were influenced by UV rays in different extent. Among them,the level of protein changed obviously.Particularly, the al-globulin was positively correlative with the UV dose,and the LDH and CK activity was negatively related with the UV,however,it was very sensitive to UV irradiation. It is indicated that these enzymes may be a biochemical index for the selection of dose.
