摘要
综述生物质谱用于分析核糖核酸的应用进展。概述电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)和基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱(MALDI-MS)的原理及它们在核酸分析中的应用。总结质谱用于单核苷酸多态性分型分析(SNPgenotyping);对短的串联重复序列(STR)的分析;对寡核苷酸片断的序列分析等三个方面的研究成果。提出质谱用于基因组学研究存在的问题,并展望生物质谱未来的发展方向。
The application progress on biological mass spectrometric analysis of nucleotide has been reviewed. The principle of electrospray ionization - mass spectrometry( ESI - MS)and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization - mass spectrometry(MALDI- MS) is described, as well as their applications in the genomic analysis. The study result on mass spectrometric analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms genotyping, short tandem repeat, and sequencing of oligonucleotide. Simulaneously, the issue is put forward and the development direction is prospected.
