Determination of ammonia content of indoor ambient air by ion chromatography

摘要 采用离子色谱法测定室内环境空气中的氨,具有操作简单、灵敏度高、准确度高、重现性好等优点。测定线性范围为0.525~26.222mg/L,检测限<0.210mg/L,9次测量的相对标准偏差<2.1%,回收率在98%~102%范围内。测定环境空气中的氨,获得满意的结果。 Apply ion chromatography method on determining ammonia of indoor ambient air, which has more convenient operation, higher sensitivity, higher accuracy and better repeatability. The linear range of determination is from 0. 525 - 26.22mg/L, the detected limit of this method is lower than 0. 210mg/L while relative standard deviation is less than 2.1% and mark-on recovery ranging is from 98% - 102%. Determination of ammonia in ambient air sampling come a satisfactory conclusion.
