摘要
分析了多轴液压悬挂挂车转向系统的结构,推导出了转向机构各部件之间的运动关系式,在此基础上给出了这类挂车转向系统机构设计的计算方法,并用matlab实现了该计算方法;通过对某种国产拼接式多轴挂车转向机构的计算,证明了该方法的合理性和实用性。
In this paper we analyze the structure of multi-axle trailer steering system and deduce the movement relation formulas between its components. Based on the work we propose a calculation method for designing the structure of this kind of trailer＇s steering system, and express the calculation process by MATLAB. According to one homemade combinable multi-axle trailer＇s steering system, the calculation in the paper proves this design method is reasonable and practicable.
