Combined use of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and ESWL in treatment of ureteral stone street

目的探讨输尿管石街的治疗。方法回顾分析16例输尿管石街患者的临床资料。结果输尿管上段石街7例采用ESWL,中下段石街9例采用TUL,16例患者全部治愈。结论输尿管石街在临床中治疗较为复杂,应用合理的治疗方法,可取得良好的效果。

[Objective] To evaluate the combined use of transureteroscopic pneumatic hthotripsy and ESWL in the treatment of ureteral stone street. [Methodsl 16 cases of ureteral stone street were studied retrospectively. [Resuits] 7 cases of being upper ureteral stone street were treated with ESWL, 9 cases of being middle and lower ureteral stone street with transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy （TUL）, they were all cured. [Conclusions] The treatment of ureteral stone street is very complicated, using appropriate teatment can make good effect.
