经内镜钛夹治疗急性消化道出血48例分析

Acute gastrointestinal bleeding treated by metal clips: 48 cases report

目的验证金属钛夹在急性消化道出血的临床应用价值。方法2001年6月￣2004年9月随机急性消化道出血行急诊内镜检查发现出血灶和内镜下治疗后即时大出血患者共计48例。选用奥林巴斯(Olympus)HX-5LR-1型和HX-5QR-1型钛夹置放操作器以及HX-600-135型金属钛夹,对准出血部位两端,钳夹出血血管及附近组织,并用生理盐水局部喷洒冲洗,确认完全止血。结果48例共使用金属钛夹121枚,总有效率100%。结论金属钛夹治疗各种消化道出血是一种安全有效、无明显并发症、止血效果显著的治疗措施,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] To prove the clinical value of metal titanic clips in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding. [Methods] From June, 2001 to September, 2004, a total 48 cases with acute gastrointestinal bleeding was diagnosed by emergent endoscope or occurred by endoscope therapy. We used an Olympus HX-5LR-1, HX-5QR-1 titanic clip adjuster and HX-600-135 metal titanic clip to focus on both end of the bleeding area and clipped the bleeding vessel and the nearby tissue where physiological saline was sprayed to stop bleeding. [Results] 121 clips were used in 48 cases. Total efficiency Was 100%. [Conclusion] Titanic clip to treat gastrointestinal bleeding turns out to be a safe and effective measure without any severe complications and a good way to prevent relapse which should be widespread used to clinical application.
